route and we will check it against the real figure rather than the brochure one.

Before you email about an order

Have your order number ready. For a warranty claim, include the machine’s serial number and
photographs or video of the fault — that usually saves a round trip of questions.

What we can confirm in writing

• Any specification not published on the product page.
• Freight cost and timing to your address, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
• Whether a given attachment is compatible with a given machine.
• Tax exemption for a business with a valid resale certificate.
• EPA emissions certification for a machine’s engine, and CARB status for California.
